Centre Head

At the core of Centre Head’s KRAs would be Business Development. He/ She would lead a team of Relationship Officers and would be responsible for the overall profitability of the branch. Responsibilities shall include:

  1. Identification of potential tie-ups and channels for business development; target entities – DSAs, Industry bodies and Associations, Mid-Sized/ Large Companies (for funding to their channels/ suppliers)
  2. Preparing product presentations for the channels and training them on the same
  3. Regular interaction with the existing customers/ channels to increase their wallet share through cross-sell
  4. Recruitment, Training and Leading a team of Relationship Officers and monitoring their performance & productivity to ensure budget achievement
  5. Preparing local sales strategy and segment-wise plan and ensuring that the team is sync with the same
  6. Maintaining the ‘Customer First’ motto and imbibing the same in the team also, to ensure smooth customer experience and faster lead conversion
  7. Coordinating with other internal units (including Credit & Operations) and vendors (including empanelled Lawyers, Valuers, FI Agencies)
  8. Regularly updating self and management with the competition data & strategy and devising plans/ innovations to counter the same
  9. Providing ground level feedback to Product Team/ Management and suggesting innovative products as per customer requirements
  10. Panning & implementing local level marketing pitch/ activities in consultation with the Product team and marketing team
  11. Monitoring Portfolio and identifying early signals of stress for the branch customer base
  12. Managing collections and meeting the customers in case of delays to ensure minimal stress in portfolio

Experience of 3-6 years in NBFC/ MFI/ Banks

Team Leaders

Team Leaders would be responsible for driving a team of Relationship Officers to ensure achievement of Sales Targets and would play an important role in Business Development. Key result areas of Team Leaders would be:

  1. Recruitment, Training and Leading a team of Relationship Officers and monitoring their performance & productivity to ensure budget achievement
  2. Identification of potential tie-ups and channels for business development; target entities – DSAs, Industry bodies and Associations, Mid-Sized/ Large Companies (for funding to their channels/ suppliers)
  3. Preparing local sales strategy and segment-wise plan and ensuring that the team is sync with the same
  4. Panning & implementing local level marketing pitch/ activities in consultation with the Product team and marketing team
  5. Maintaining the ‘Customer First’ motto and imbibing the same in the team also, to ensure smooth customer experience and faster lead conversion
  6. Managing end to end customer acquisition to disbursement for all in coordination with other internal units (including Credit & Operations) and vendors (including empanelled Lawyers, Valuers, FI Agencies)
  7. Maintaining all sales reports and presenting the same to management

Relationship Officers

ROs would form the backbone of BIZLOAN. They would be the face of the Company for the customers and would therefore have the responsibility to carry the Company’s agenda of ‘Customer First’ on their shoulders. There responsibilities shall include:

  1. Prospecting new customers in line with BIZLOAN’s lending policies through direct calls and sourcing channels
  2. Attending to the internally generated leads provided to them to ensure achievement of budgeted targets
  3. Detailed explanation of products, policies and processes to the customer ensuring no gaps in customers’ understanding of same
  4. Collection of loan documents, their initial screening and assessment of loan applications
  5. Completion of loan application and conduction of market reference checks
  6. Inspection of properties, including place of business and place of residence
  7. Coordination between customers and Credit Team to ensure timely sanction of loans
  8. Execution of loan disbursement documentation and coordination with Operations Team for timely disbursement
  9. Maintaining regular touch with the onboarded customers and visiting them regularly post disbursement, to keep a continuous check on the health of their business
  10. Maintenance of MIS reports regarding prospects and existing portfolio generated by them

Experience

Experience of 1-3 years in NBFC/ MFI/ Bank DSAs is desired but not essential
